Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

2. The short version

We collect the minimum needed to bill you and send alerts: your email, your Telegram chat ID if you link it, your phone number if you buy the SMS plan, and your alert settings.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
We do not sell your personal information.
You can delete your account and data at any time by emailing us.

3. What we collect and why

Email address, from Stripe at checkout, to send alerts, the daily recap, and account notices.
Telegram chat ID, when you message our bot, to send Telegram alerts.
Phone number, only on the SMS plan, to send text alerts through Twilio.
Settings: alerts per day, quiet hours, pre-market on or off.
Delivery log: which alerts were sent to you and when, so the daily recap is accurate.

Questions and bug reports

If you contact us through the help form, we collect your email, message, message type and the page address. Netlify stores the submission so we can answer your question or investigate the problem. Do not include passwords or payment details. Email support@opportunitybell.com to request deletion.

4. Who we share it with

Stripe for payments.
Telegram and Twilio to deliver messages, and our email provider for email.
Netlify hosts the website. The website itself sets no tracking cookies.
Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

While you are a subscriber and for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted. Anonymous alert history (ticker, time, label) is kept indefinitely for the public "what happened after" record and contains nothing about you.

6. Your rights

Email support@opportunitybell.com to see, correct, or delete your data, or to opt out of any channel. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete, which we honour for everyone.

7. Children

The service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. Changes

We will email subscribers before any material change to this policy.
