Terms of Service

1. What Opportunity Bell is
Opportunity Bell is a general-circulation market information service. It watches publicly traded US stocks and sends short messages when a stock's price or trading volume moves by more than a published threshold.
- Service name: Opportunity Bell
- Legal entity: Sandip Bhattacharya (sole proprietor)
- Contact: support@opportunitybell.com
2. Not investment advice
Every alert, recap, and page describes a price or volume event that has already happened. Alerts use fixed labels (Opportunity, Watch, Caution, Risk Alert, Thesis Broken) chosen by mechanical rules. They are not personalised investment advice, not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, and not an offer of any security. We do not know your finances, goals, or risk tolerance. Any decision to trade is yours alone, and you may lose money.
3. Delayed data
Prices shown in alerts and on the website are delayed by approximately 15 minutes and come from third-party sources we do not control. Prices may be wrong, late, or missing. Every alert shows the time of the price it reports.
4. Your subscription
- Plans: $5 per month (Telegram and email) or $10 per month (adds SMS). Billed monthly through Stripe.
- Cancel any time from your Stripe receipt email. Access continues to the end of the paid month. No partial refunds.
- You must be 18 or older and provide a working email address.
- SMS carries your carrier's normal message rates.
5. What you may not do
- Resell, redistribute, or republish alerts.
- Present our alerts as advice to anyone else.
- Attempt to access the service other than through the channels we provide.
6. Availability
The service runs on ordinary computers and internet connections. Alerts may be late or missed. We do not promise any alert will be sent, or that any alert will be followed by any particular price movement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opportunity Bell and Sandip Bhattacharya are not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, or other damage arising from use of the service, from a late or missing alert, or from an error in any price or headline. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the previous month.
8. Changes
We may change these terms. We will email subscribers at least 14 days before a material change.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
